We’re a growing team of architects, designers, and drafters based in the Philippines, supporting international firms across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore, and Japan.

This outsourcing studio is an extension of the design and build practice of Architect Lan De Leon, who brings over 26 years of professional experience in delivering real projects from concept to construction. With a strong background in both design and execution, our team is guided by practical knowledge of how drawings translate on site.

Our approach is simple. We carefully select and train our architects to understand your local codes and office standards, then integrate them into your team remotely from our office in Marilao, Bulacan. We take full responsibility for our work and treat every project with the same care and accountability we bring to our own design and build projects.

We use industry-leading tools like Graphisoft ArchiCAD, Autodesk Revit, and D5 Pro to deliver reliable BIM models, clear construction documentation, and high-quality visualizations. This allows us to support your studio with work that is accurate, coordinated, and ready for real-world application.

With a team of around 15 architects, we’re ready to assist with BIM production, drafting, construction documentation, and visualization. We believe in working with transparency, respect, and long-term partnership because the best results come from teams that truly understand each other’s goals.
